Joe Allan Magiera

Joe Allan Magiera of Caro, age 57, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at his sister's home in Caro. Joe was born July 20, 1962 in Caro, the son of the late Joseph and Alice (Collier) Magiera and graduated from Kingston High School with the class of 1981. He grew up and stayed on the family farm throughout his life where he proudly worked the land. He also worked as a machinist in Detroit for many years. Joe could fix anything put in front of him and loved passing on his knowledge of classic cars to his nieces and nephews. Joe is survived by one daughter, Emily Renae Easton of Middletown, Ohio; two grandchildren, Zariyah and Raelynn; his siblings, Terry Magiera of Gagetown, Debra Clouse of Caro, Larry & Stephanie Magiera of Caro, twin sister, Joan & Alan Humes of Caro, Louie Magiera of Caro; aunts and uncle, Pete-Ann Smith of Charlotte, Leo & Dorothy Yakes of North Branch; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Joe was preceded in death by his father in 2000; mother in 2001; and twin siblings, Joseph and Marie in 1959. In keeping with Joe's wishes, cremation has taken place. Burial will follow at a later date at East Dayton Cemetery.
