John R. "Bob" Mccallum

John R. “Bob” McCallum age 70, of Caseville died Friday, September 20, at his home under hospice care.
He was born January 27, 1932 in Detroit to the late James and Verna (McFaudzean) McCallum. On March 27, 1954, he was united in marriage to Noreen M. Neubar in Detroit.
Bob received his Bacholar’s degree in Polictical Science from Wayne State and continued his studies receiving his masters degree. He retired from the Teamsters in 1992, where he had served as business representative for over 12 years.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Areie #3690, Caseville.
Surviving are his wife Noreen; four children, Valerie McCallum of Caseville, Lisa Clinton of St. Clair Shores, Elizabeth Masserang of East Pointe and John McCallum of Caseville; eight grandchildren; a great grandson and his sister, Joan Brumer of Charlotte, NC.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends and family at Bob’s home from 1 to 6 PM Saturday afternoon, Septemer 28, 6600 Myrtelle Dr., 1 mile west of Sleeper State Park.
