Joyce May Ross

Joyce M. Ross, 88, of Caseville, passed away Monday, October 21, 2024 at Huron County Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe.

Joyce was born December 9, 1935 in Detroit to the late Walter and Alice (Raezel) O’Dell.  She graduated from Grosse Pointe High School.  She married Ronald Ross and they enjoyed a long life together with homes in Harper Woods, Capac and eventually Caseville. Joyce enjoyed a 30-year career and retired from the National Bank of Detroit (Chase). She was a long-standing member on the board of the Holly Berry Fair.

Joyce is survived by her sisters Alice Naert (late Michael) and Dorothy James (Jesse); nephews Michael (Carol), David (Rebecca) and Stephen (Leslie).  She was a great-aunt to Jenna (Brian), Michael (Jaqueline) Daniel (Christine) and Harrison, great aunt to Katelyn, Jake and Mathew and a great-great-aunt to Michael and Jack.

Graveside services will be 3:00pm Thursday, October 24th at St. Roch Catholic Cemetery in Caseville.  Champagne Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
