Judith R. Forman

Judith Rose Forman, age 73 of Bay Port, passed away suddenly December 9, 2014 in Wauchula, Florida.
She was born in Harbor Beach on February 21, 1941 to Etral and Ella Rose Miller. Judy was in the last graduating class from Elkton High School in 1959. She attended every class reunion up until the last one on September 5th in Paw Paw. Judy was united in marriage to Ralph Forman on June 24, 1961. She and Ralph spent winters in Florida and summers in Bay Port and Cheboygan, Michigan.
Judy was a member of the Fairhaven Township Fireman's Auxiliary for many years. She was known for her beautiful paintings and her wicker dollhouse furniture. Her family was Judy's passion. She loved her grandkids with all her heart.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Forman of Bay Port; her children, Terry (Ruth) Forman of Oxford, Dan Forman of Bay Port, and Shari (Brad) Cloutier of Bay Port; grandchildren: Lakin (Zach Click) Swiastyn, Cortland Swiastyn, Liberty Cloutier, Leigha Cloutier, Brynn (Jordan) Painter, Alissa Forman, Chantal Forman, Chalon Forman, and German Guerrero; great-grandchildren, Cadence, Graeson, Azaylia, Oliver, and Everly; and brother, Jerry (Debbie) Miller of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, James Miller.
Cremation will take place in Florida and a private service will be held at a later date.
