Judith Ann Kraynak

Judith Ann Kraynak, 84, of Fairgrove, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at the Tuscola County Medical Care Community. She was born on June 8, 1940, in Bay City, the daughter of the late Gayle and Vera (Brustmaker) Ellison. Judy graduated with the Fairgrove High School Class of 1958. On June 14, 1958, Judy married the love of her life, Albert Kraynak. Together, they shared over 34 years of cherished memories before his passing in 1992.

Judy was a wonderful homemaker and dedicated over ten years to the Fairgrove Township Library. A proud member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, she was always on the go, finding joy in time spent with friends. Judy loved reading and enjoyed attending Bible studies. Above all, Judy’s greatest love was her family. She poured her heart into her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, creating countless memories that will be treasured forever. Her warmth, radiant smile, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Judy leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Michael (Robin) Kraynak, Patrick (Wendy) Kraynak, Timothy Kraynak, and Theresa (Dewayne) Ball; grandchildren, Addam (Maryann), Kylie, Dakota, KC, Matias (Brooke), and Kaz; great-grandchildren, Lilian, August, Maddox, Lucy, Rhea, Lucas, and Kannon; siblings, Jim (Margaret) Ellison, Jill Brink, Jack Ellison, Joy Nagy, Jan (Rich) Hildinger, and Jeff Ellison; many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Judy was preceded in death by her son, Chris Kraynak; brothers-in-law, Bill Brink and Bill Nagy; sister-in-law, Sue Ellison.

In keeping with Judy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Reese at a later date.
