Judy B. Ales

Judy Ales, age 51, of Sebewaing, died Wednesday morning, February 17, at Genesys Regional Medical Center, Grand Blanc.
She was born October 5, 1958, to the late Robert and Jean (McBride) Bowen in Bad Axe.
Judy was a 1977 graduate of Bad Axe High School. In 1978, she was united in marriage to John Ales at OLLH Catholic Church, Harbor Beach.
Judy worked as an in home caregiver, she also volunteered many hours caring for seniors by providing transportation to and from doctor appointments, taking them to the park or beach, getting groceries and shopping. She enjoyed playing bingo, camping and outdoor activities, playing cards and small animals.
Judy had been a passenger in an auto accident, and has spent the past year in rehab and convalescence.
Surviving are her husband, John; two children, Rich Ales of Bay City and Samantha Ales of Sebewaing; four grandchildren, Taylor, Mallory, Ashton and Jayda and two sisters, Sherry (Melvin) Smith and Patty Bowen both of Bad Axe.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, February, 23, at the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Elkton where friends may call from 2 to 8 PM on Monday and after 10:00 AM Tuesday.
