June A. Taylor

June A. Taylor of Caro, age 72, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at United Hospice Service in Marlette following a brief illness. June was born August 6, 1943 in Caro, the daughter of the late Frank L. & Mable (Reed) Taylor, and was a lifelong Caro resident. Following her graduation from Caro High School, June began a career in Tuscola County government in the court house that would span more than thirty-five years, many of those in the county clerk's office. She was an active member of the Caro First Baptist Church, and in her early years she enjoyed going to deer camp with her father. June is survived by several cousins in this area, Jackie Hopper, Linda Childs, Sheryl Ohmer, Margaret Ann Murphy, Janelle Buchinger, Richard Topham, Mark Topham, Joyce Wood, Janet Lucius, Shirley Warren; and many friends and other cousins outside this area. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her dear twin sister and her husband, Jane & Ron Kennedy, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Caro First Baptist Church with Rev. Ronald C. Wigand officiating. Burial will follow at Indianfields Township Cemetery in Caro. The family will be present to receive friends at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Caro First Baptist Church.
