Karri Lynnette Dillon

Karri Lynnette Dillon (Spencer) of Caro, age 58, passed away unexpectedly in her home in Caro on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Karri was born in Cass City, Michigan, to the late Clarence and Hazel (Long) Spencer and was a 1986 graduate of Cass City High School. She worked for a time as a cashier at Bill’s Foodland before finding her calling as a home healthcare worker. Karri went out of her way for the people she cared for, putting their needs before her own, and was a loving and supportive mother to her two girls, Marissa and Kendra. She liked to keep a clean home and is remembered for her wonderful cooking and baking, and her love for Lifetime movies.

Karri is survived by daughters, Marissa (Cody Marecek) Dillon and Kendra (Jordan Long); grandchildren, Jayden Long and Ellie Long; and siblings, Jay Meeker, Steven (Janie) Meeker, and Jamie Spencer-Cupp; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Karri was preceded in death by her brothers, Joey Spencer and Mark Meeker.

In accordance with Karri’s wishes, cremation is to take place. Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family, with checks payable to Marissa Dillon.
