Kathleen "Kitty" May Cilc

Kathleen May “Kitty” Cilc (Jensen) 78, formerly of Caseville passed away August 20th at home in Cass City with her best friend and husband Frantz at her side after a 9-year battle with metastatic breast cancer. Kitty enjoyed golf, spending time with her grandchildren, garage sale hopping, puttering in the yard, and especially entertaining friends and family.  Over her lifetime, she lived all over the US residing in California, Illinois, New York, Alabama and of course Michigan including the UP, but her heart was always in Caseville.  Kitty and Frantz had many adventures over the 30 years they were married.

Kitty is survived by her sister Marty (Orlin) Murdoch of Bay Port, children Allan (Melissa) Perry of Pigeon, Chris Perry & Kelly Dattilo of Redford, Nicole (Mike) Stanley of Bay City, grandchildren Annabelle Perry, Jensen J Stanley and several nieces and nephews.

Kitty was preceded in death by her parents Olrich “King” and Bertha Cilc and her brother Robert “Bobby” Cilc.

In accordance with Kitty's wishes, cremation is to take place. A memorial service for Kitty will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Champagne Funeral Chapel, 7356 W. Michigan Ave. Pigeon, MI, Rev. Dustin Ward presiding. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 2:00pm-8:00pm on Friday, August 29. Donations in her memory can be made to the Rogel Cancer Center at the University of Michigan.
