Kenna Jean Proctor

Kenna "Jean" Proctor of Akron, age 90, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Brian's House in Essexville. Jean was born September 2, 1928 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Mildred (Snyder) Rohlfs. She was united in marriage with Robert Proctor on April 3, 1948 in Carson City, and he preceded her in death on November 23, 1987. Jean was a homemaker and a member of the Presbyterian Church in Akron. She enjoyed reading, knitting, fishing, and all kinds of crafts. She is survived by one son, Kenneth (Victoria) Proctor of Akron; one daughter, Nancy (Ronald) Will of Akron; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Jean was preceded in death by one daughter, Ann Marie Proctor. In keeping with Jean's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
