Kenneth Karl Herman Wildner

Kenneth Karl Herman Wildner, age 61, of Unionville, was called home peacefully on October 23, 2021 after spending several days at McLaren Bay Region Hospital due to sudden health complications.

Kenny was born on October 15, 1960 in Bay City to Kenneth and Gertrude (Roth) Wildner. He was a 1979 graduate of Unionville Sebewaing Area High School, and worked at Michigan Sugar in the Sebewaing factory for over 30 years. He also farmed with his brother. He was a faithful and generous soul who seemed to be able to make friends with anyone, and was a frequent sight at community events and festivals. As a beloved brother, coworker, uncle, and great uncle, he will be sorely missed by all.

Kenny is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Michael & Cindy Wildner of Unionville; three nephews: Douglas (Shannon) Livingston of Tawas City, Daniel (Abigail) Wildner of Fairgrove, David Wildner of Unionville; six great nieces and nephews; Josephine, Marigold & Benjamin Wildner, and Olivia, Jonathon & Piper Livingston. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Monday, October 25, 2021 at Juengel-Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing from 1-8pm.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 5129 French Rd, Unionville. Visitation will begin at the church at 10am until the time of service at 11am, with Rev. William Huether officiating.

Burial will be in Hickory Island Cemetery, Akron Township.
