Larry Ernest Winter

Larry E. Winter, age 63, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City. He was born in Bay City, June 8, 1950, the son of the late Walter and Doris Ruby (Schuch) Winter.

Larry was passionate about horses, loved training hunting dogs, and enjoyed fishing. He was an advocate for AA and enjoyed spending time at the well known gathering place, "Babe's garage", with family and friends.

Larry is survived by sisters: Jean (Harry) Hunt and Ruth Ann Winter (Jack Gaeth); his brother-in-law, Jerl "Babe" Carter and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by brothers: Richard "Dick" Winter, Robert Winter and Jerry Winter; and sister, Janet Carter.

In keeping with Larry's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will not be a formal service. The family will host a luncheon on December 7, 2013 at Trinity United Methodist Church Social Hall in Sebewaing at 1:00pm and invite those of you who knew Larry to please join them in celebration of Larry's life and share memories.
