Laura Marie Allen

Laura Marie Allen of Caro, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at her home. Laura was born January 22, 1961 in West Branch, the daughter of the late Eugene and Phyllis (Westley) Spencer, Sr. She was united in marriage with Robert Allen, Jr. at the Tuscola County Court House on October 12, 1982. He preceded her in death on June 18, 2005. Laura was employed with Walmart for fourteen years and had been a girl scout leader for many years. She enjoyed playing games on her phone, watching movies, playing cards, watching the Detroit Tigers, but mostly spending time with family. Laura is survived by two daughters, Jaymie Allen (fianc, Zach Ross) of Caro, Robbi (Clayton) Haney of Caro; one grandson, Blayz Allen-Roberts; adopted son, Roger (Teeia) Gordon; two brothers, Eugene Spencer, Jr. of Midland and Randy (Patty) Spencer of Manistee. In addition to her parents and husband, Laura was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Spencer. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
