LaVonne E. Eberlein, age 74, of Unionville, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015, at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City.
LaVonne was born April 29, 1940, in Bay Port to the late Edgar and Alfreda (Sting) Boesch. She married James Eberlein February 12, 1963, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sebewaing. He preceded her in death on January 16, 2012. She enjoyed cooking, canning, crocheting, gardening and bird watching.
LaVonne is survived by her children: Vickie Eberlein, Amber (Mike) Turner and Kyle (Sherry) Eberlein; siblings: Andre (Paul) Benson, Brice (Pat) Boesch, Emily Boesch, Doralee (Jerry) Zeneberg and LeRoy (Lillian) Boesch; grandchildren: Rochelle (Brian), Lindsey, Ashley, Isiah, Maranda, Katelynn, Austin, Jamie, Allen and Brandi; great grandchildren: Landon and Gracie.
Cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will take place on Friday, February 27, 2015 at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing. Visitation will begin at 4pm until the time of service at 6pm. Charles Campbell will be officiating.
Memorial donations may be given to the family.
