Linda "Inny" Mcdonald

Linda Lee McDonald of Marysville, age 63, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Port Huron Hospital, after losing her battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Linda was born July 14, 1950 in Pontiac, the daughter of Sidney and Betty (Carlton) McDonald. She worked for many years at the Huron Intermediate School District as a Special Education Para-Professional. Linda is survived by her two children, Jason & Barb Baker, Suzette & Aaron Smith; four grandchildren, Sydney, Victoria, Noah and Grace; mother, Betty McDonald; two sisters, Katy & Tom Smith, Sherry McDonald; three brothers, Larry McDonald, Russ McDonald, Scott McDonald; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Sidney McDonald. In keeping with Linda's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 7, 2013 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the McDonald Family Discretionary Fund.
