Linda Pompei

Pompei, Linda (Buethe) age 61, of Caro, passed away Monday, August 2, 2010 at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw. Linda was born in Minot, ND on May 31, 1949. Linda enjoyed country music, bingo, shopping, baking, and feeding her family. Linda loved being the wife and constant companion to her husband, Al for over 15 years. She was loved by her children for her laughter, listening, talks, understanding, and love. A mothers love endures forever and so will ours for her. Surviving are husband and best friend, Albert Pompei; three daughters, Sherry Jones, Julie (Chris) Perry, and Shelley (David) Lapeer; one son, James Todd Smith; a special friend and mother figure, Delores Frost.; as well as her stepchildren, grandchildren, and numerous friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial luncheon will occur on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at Richfield Park. The family would like to thank Dr. Regis Benton, Jr., DO and staff for their many years of care.
