Lloyd Sanford Good

Lloyd Sanford Good, age 82, of Sebewaing, formerly of Gagetown, passed away peacefully at Scheurer Hospital in Pigeon on May 2, 2020.

Lloyd was born July 10, 1937, in Gagetown, to Edmund Good, Sr. and Bernadine Elanoria Kretzschmer Good. Lloyd graduated from Owendale High School where he played and enjoyed sports. After school, he joined the National Guard and spent two years in active duty. He was a lifelong farmer, and enjoyed playing euchre with his friends.

Lloyd is survived by his son, Joseph Good of Saginaw and Saundra (Randy) Edler of Sebewaing; two grandchildren: Randall (Becky) Edler of Grand Rapids and Cassie (Moses) Marrero of Jacksonville, NC; siblings: Ed Good, Jr. of Gagetown, Robert Good of Holly, Elenore Good Truemner of Cass City; brother-in-law, Robert Albrecht of Owendale, sister-in-law, Hazel Good; along with several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by a son, Mark Good; and siblings, Ronald Good and Lois Albrecht, 2 nephews; and brother-in-law, Lyle Truemner

Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing handled the cremation. A private burial service will be held at Grant Township Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial donations may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project, Shriners Hospitals for Children, or Owendale United Methodist Church.
