Lloyd K. Harder "Boss Hog"

Lloyd K. Harder "Boss Hog" passed away November 10, 2010at the age of 73 at his home in Pigeon. Lloyd was born June 11, 1937 to the late Weaver & Luella (Kline) Harder at their family home in Bay Port. He married Joyce (Killinger) March 26, 1984 in Bad Axe. Lloyd enjoyed his job of commercial fishing and his hobbies of deer hunting, playing pool and ice fishing.

Lloyd is survived by his wife; Joyce (Killinger), children; Kimberly Ransom, Kelly Wise, Sherry Fritz, and the late Scott Harder and Laura Kay Harder, 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, one brother; Elmer (Darlene) Harder; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Lloyd is preceded in death by 7 brothers and 3 sisters.

The family would like to thank Home & Hospice Advantage and Dr. Hanselman for their wonderful care and compassion.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 13, 2010, from 9am until the time of funeral service at 12noon at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing.
Pastor Wayne Keim will be officiating.

Burial will take place at the New Bay Port Cemetery.
