Louise Roose

Louanne Roose, age 50, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2006 at her home, following a brief illness. She was born March 24, 1956 in Pontiac, the daughter of Harold Ellsworth and Charlotte (Meyers) Sheldon. Louanne came to Caro in 1973 from Lake Orion and was employed at the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility as a Nurses Aide for 19 years, retiring two years ago. Louanne enjoyed traveling, gardening, her cats and just being at home. Louanne was married to Michael E. Smith in 1972. Later she married Paul L. Roose on November 17, 1995. Louanne is survived by her loving husband, Paul Roose; three sons, Michael Brenda Smith, Jr., Christopher Smith, all of Caro, Derek Smith of Flint; two step-daughters, Michelle Roose of Tuscola, Candace Roose of Vassar; four grandchildren; her mother, Charlotte Sheldon of Lake Orion; one brother, Harold E. Colleen Sheldon, Jr. of Lake Orion; her dear mother-in-law, Joann Roose of Caro and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Ellsworth Sheldon.
