Lynda Lee Hoban

Lynda Lee Hoban of Caro, age 77, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Ascension St. Mary's in Saginaw. Lynda was born June 22, 1945 in Pontiac, the daughter of the late Asa Lowery and Doris (Roberts) Lowery-Kempf. Lynda graduated from Rochester High School and went on to work at General Motors as an Inspector. It was at work Lynda met the love of her life, Eugene Hoban. The two started dating in August of 1977 and were married March 18, 1978. Together they celebrated forty-five years of marriage and had countless laughs and memories. Lynda retired from General Motors September 1, 1999. She had four rescue cats who were the lights of her life, especially her favorite boy, Rainne. Lynda was loving, strong-willed, and had the kindest heart, even though she never liked to show it. She loved spending time with her husband, family, and best friend, Billie. Lynda will be missed dearly. Lynda leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Eugene; children, Gary Sisk, Jennie Sisk, Ame Sands, and Jonathon (Amanda) Hoban; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Pauly (Tom) McCaslin and Sally (Jerry) Rea; very best friend, Billie Williams; and several nieces, nephews, and friends. In keeping with Lynda's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Private inurnment will take place in Mt. Avon Cemetery in Rochester.
