Malcolm V. McIntyre, 90, of Caseville, died Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at his home in Rose Island.

Malcolm was born November 9, 1927 in Bad Axe to the late John and Sarah (McLellan) McIntyre.  He grew up in Sheridan Township.  Malcolm married Irene B. Schramski on November 6, 1965 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Port Austin; she preceded him in death on November 1, 1990.  Early in his life he worked as a sailor on the Great Lakes, he retired from truck driving for Active.  He was a member of the Sebewaing American Legion.

He is survived by his children Randy of Caseville and Victoria (Daniel) McIntyre-Noble of Pigeon; grandchildren Shannon (Brian), Brandon, Alexander (Ashley), Andrea (Andy) and Justin; and great-grandchildren Gaven, Maicea and Karter.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday, April 2 nd at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Elkton with Rev. Karen Bouverette officiating.  Visitation will be from 11:00am until time of the service.
