Margaret Kemp

Margaret Kemp, age 85, of Caro, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2009 at the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility. She was born on April 26, 1923 in Gagetown, Michigan to the late Raymond and Ellen (Walsh) LaJoie. The former Margaret LaJoie married Chester Kemp on November 14, 1946 in Caro. He preceded her in death on April 26, 1994. The Kemps were lifelong residents of Caro. Margaret was a homemaker and devoted mother. She was baptized in the Catholic faith and for a time attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed flower gardening, sewing, Country Western music, and was an avid reader. She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Brown and Connie Webster, both of Caro; three grandchildren, Rick Webster of Fairgrove, Christine Brown and fianc
