Margaret Ann Warrington

Margaret Ann Warrington of Kingston, age 76, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at home, surrounded by her family. She was born March 25, 1949 in Garden City, the daughter of the late Robert and Jean (Moore) Hammond. Marge graduated from Caro High School and went on to study at Delta College. She married Roger Warrington in 1965. Their marriage was blessed with thirty-eight years, five children, and countless memories. Sadly, Roger passed away in 2003. Marge was a dedicated employee at Big Boy for more than twenty years, where she managed the kitchen and kept the salad bar fresh and welcoming. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren, family, friends, and her beloved dogs. Marge enjoyed her garden, had a love for having her picture taken, and an infectious spirit that brightened the lives of those around her.

Marge leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Melissa (Dave) Arnold, Stewart (Dorothy) Warrington, Roger (Vicky Bolsby) Warrington, and Kathren (Amine) Soussi-tanani; grandchildren, Steven, Johnathan, Marie, Hunter, Ashley, Natasha, Roger, Emily, Heather, Anthony, Amber, Randy, Danielle, Brittani, and Nassim; several great-grandchildren; sister, Janet Wnuk; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Marge was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Rosemary and Danny Buckner; grandson, Matt Warrington; her siblings; and boyfriend, Danny Miller.

In keeping with Marge’s wishes, cremation has taken place and burial will take place at West Dayton Center Cemetery in Mayville. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
