Marilyn A. Weidner

Marilyn A. Weidner , age 89, of Sebewaing, passed away peacefully Monday, February 13, 2023, at McLaren Bay Region.

Marilyn was born May 18, 1933 in Sebewaing to the late Gertrude Nimtz. She was united in marriage to William J. Weidner on September 10, 1954 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Bach, MI, by Rev. Walter Pieper. Marilyn was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and a member of the Altar Guild. Marilyn also enjoyed flower gardening, crafting and being with her family.

Marilyn is survived by her husband of 68 years, William; daughter and son-in-law, Shelly and Bruce Mannikko of Essexville, and grandson, Jacob Scott Mannikko.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her son, Scott William Weidner in 1985.

The memorial service will be Saturday, February 18, 2023, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church (Bach). Visitation will begin at 10am until the time of service at 11am. Pastor Thom Garrison will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or St. Peter's Lutheran Church Altar Guild.
