Marion F. Sauve age 88, of Imlay City, formerly of Caseville died Friday morning, April 10 at the home of her daughter in Imlay City.
She was born March 4, 1921, in Sanborn Twp., Alpena County, at the home of her parents, the late Fred and Mary (Kollien) Brilinski.
Marion was a nurse's aide and care giver her entire life, from 1965 to 1973, she worked at the Evangelical Home in Detroit, from 73 to 75 at the Lapeer County Medical Care Facility and then from 75 to 78, she worked in private homes. In 1978, she moved to Kansas City, MO working at Continent Presbyterian Home. In 1983, she returned to Huron County working in private homes near Sebewaing, retiring in 1987 and moved to Caseville. Most recently she was living in Imlay City to be nearer her daughter.
Surviving are two sons, Terry (Sue) Sauve of Los Vegas, NV and Michael (Patricia) Sauve of Los Angeles, CA; her daughter, Marian Sauve(James) Jager of Imlay City; four grandchildren, Blade (Lisa), Lance (Grace), Vinny (Kathy) and Ian (Tina); 11 great grandchildren and two sisters, Florence Stilson of Bad Axe and Ruth (Wm) Dodge of Sebewaing.
Preceding her in death were two brothers, Neil and Roy Brilinski and two sisters, Virginia Edyvean and Viola St. Charles.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or services, burial will be in Caseville Twp. Cemetery.
