Marion F Sikoski

Marion F. Sikoski age 80 of Bay Port died Monday morning, May 11, at his home after suffering what appeared to be a massive heart attack.

He was born November 4, 1934 in Detroit to the late John and Katherine (Mauziar) Sikoski and moved to Huron County in his youth.
After high school Marion joined the US Marines during the Korean War. He worked as a residential carpenter most of his life retiring in 1997.
Marion was a member of the Sebewaing VFW post # 4115 and American Legion Post # 34, Haines City, FL. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, especially on the ice, and making his rounds every day, including the coffee shop and local tavern.

Surviving are two stepsons, Mike (Deb) Karle and Louis Karle both of Caseville Twp; stepdaughter, Janet (Don) Ousley of Caseville Twp; 19 step grandchildren; many step great grandchildren; several step great great grandchildren and his sister, Patricia (Otho) Holcomb of Alyria, OH and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death was two stepsons, Howard Karl and wife Allie and Joseph Karl; his brother, Cass Sikoski and wife, Amelia.

Marion chose not to have a funeral or visitation, a family memorial service will take place this summer. His cremains will be placed with his parents, at Mt Carmel Catholic Cemetery, Emmett, MI.
