Mark Joseph Bilicki

Mark Joseph Bilicki of Caro, age 69, unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2026 while at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak. Mark was born in Caro on May 3, 1957, the son of the late Anthony and Pauline (Baker) Bilicki. He attended Kingston High School, where he began a life that would be defined by hard work and dedication.

On July 12, 1980, Mark married the love of his life, Pam McLemore. Together, they built a life rooted in love, commitment, and partnership, recently celebrating forty-six years by each other’s side. Mark worked for General Motors as a Parts Quality Inspector, a position that took his family from Michigan to New York. Following his retirement on March 1, 1993, the family returned to their roots in Caro, where they still are to this day.

Mark was a true outdoorsman and the embodiment of a hardworking man. Whether he was out on the water fishing, spending time in the woods hunting, or working in his barn, he was most content when he had something to do with his hands. His barn was a place where nearly anything could be repaired with a little patience and determination. Mark believed in working hard for what mattered, and he and Pam shared that belief in the life they built together. They raised animals, cared for their home, and faced life’s responsibilities side by side. Their bond was unmistakable, and they found comfort and happiness in being together. Wherever one was, the other was never far behind.

Mark’s legacy will live on in the everyday moments that reflect the life he lived and the values he passed down. It will be seen in the care given to the animals he and Pam raised, in the strong work ethic of his boys, and in their shared love of the outdoors and a good hunt. His stories will continue to be told, his lessons will continue to be passed down, and the wisdom he shared will remain with those fortunate enough to have known him.

Mark was a man of grit, integrity, and strength. He showed his love not only through his words, but through his hard work, his presence, and the life he built for those he loved. Though he may no longer be by their side, his spirit will remain woven into the lives of his family.

Left to cherish Mark’s memory is his loving wife of forty-six years, Pam Blicki; sons, Andrew Bilicki (Jo Weon) and Adam Bilicki; grandchildren, Dylan, Hunter, Davyan, Gabriel, and Lea; siblings, Theresa (Michael) Spencer, Donald Bilicki, and Anthony Bilicki; and many beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Bilicki; and siblings-in-law, Jean Bilicki, Robin Periso, and James McLemore.

Funeral services for Mark will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2026 at the Ransford Funeral Home in Caro with Rev. Michele Hile officiating.
