Mark A. Lopez

Mark A. Lopez of Fairgrove, formerly of Caro, age 37, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at his residence, Circle Drive Adult Foster Care in Fairgrove. He was born on September 11, 1977 in Caro, the son of the late Anastacio and Sharon (Sharp) Lopez. Mark was a graduate of Highland Pines and attended the Personal Independence Center. He enjoyed outings with family and friends and was known for his "giant" bear hugs and his appetite. Mark is survived by his siblings, Sharon Lopez of Decatur, Illinois, Dolores (Rick) Elrod of Caro, Al (Theresa) Lopez of Vassar, Thomas (Danielle) Lopez of Caro, George (Joy) Lopez of Lansing, Paul Lopez of Cass City, Elaine Elwood of Caro, James ((Nichol) Lopez of Caro; and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Mark A.
