Markle M. Kellermann, 63, of Pigeon, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Covenant Cooper hospital in Saginaw after a long, courageous fight with pulmonary disease.
Mark was born in Bay City, February 27, 1960 to the late Robert and Patricia (McCauley) Kellermann of Elkton, Michigan. He was a graduate of Laker High School, class of 1978 and later graduated from Ferris State University. Mark was an electrician by trade and owned his own business for many years before working for Chrysler, from which he retired. He was exceptional at his work and enjoyed it very much. Mark loved the outdoors and took every opportunity to hunt and fish. One of his favorite yearly trips would be with his Dad to fish the remote lakes in Canada. Mark was a very kind and generous man and will be missed greatly by all who loved him.
Mark is survived by his loving wife Barbara; step-daughters Janelle (Rahila) Krohn of England and Suzie (Mike Kemp) Krohn of Pigeon and grandson and best buddy Isaac; his best friends who were like brothers; Bill (Kim) Macky, Mike (Gail) Malinowski and John McCurdy; his in-laws, Jim Brunni, Bill (Son Mi) Brunni, Dennis (Jean) Fritz, Randy (Ev) Fritz, Denise (Harold Kropp) Munoz, Connie (Terry) Damm, and Sherri (Dave) Kraft; his special cousin Duncan Tennant, his brother Scott Kellermann and brother-in-law Joe Kaman; many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister Kimberly Kellermann, mother and father-in-law Arlene and Hazen Fritz and sister-in-law Carrie Brunni.
A memorial service will be at 4:00pm Monday, May 8, at the Champagne Funeral Chapel with Rev. Karen Bouverette officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Elkton. Visitation will begin at 2:00pm and continue until the time of the service.
