Marlene Ruth Czeszewski

Marlene Ruth Czeszewski of Cass City, age 73, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Marlene was born September 26, 1946 in Detroit, the daughter of the late Paul and Jean (Nacker) Miller. Marlene will be remembered for her many talents, especially for her beautiful quilts. She also enjoyed sewing, embroidery, baking, gardening and canning. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Marlene loved to spoil her family with her great cooking. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of forty-two years, Bernard Joseph Czeszewski; their children, Patricia Blanchard Rawlins, Laurence Blanchard, Charles Blanchard, Laura & Ryan McKay, Bernard Czeszewski, Jr.; her grandchildren, Kandra & Ken Gellings, Kassidy Nielsen, Hunter and Nolan McKay; and five great-grandchildren, Evan, Tyler, Cody and Brenna Gellings, and Blake Nielsen. In keeping with Marlene's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro with Rev. Michele Hile officiating. A luncheon will be held at Brentwood Lanes in Caro immediately following the service.
