Marshall George Angle

Marshall George Angle of Sebewaing, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at McLaren - Bay Region in Bay City. Marshall was born February 9, 1935 in Lapeer, the son of the late Frederick and Bessie (Cook) Angle. He was united in marriage with the former Leah Torma on February 14, 2008, and she survives him. Marshall was employed at Pontiac Motors, retiring after thirty-three years, and went on to work at Wal-Mart, retiring from there in 2008 after twelve years of employment. He enjoyed taking care of his yard and playing dominos. Marshall is survived by his loving wife, Leah Angle; six children and their spouses, Marshall, Jr. & Leona Angle, Robert & Kathy Angle, Betsy & Vick Stock, Jay Angle, Alan & Mary-Tabatha Angle, Jo & Cyrus Hayati; step-children and their spouses, Glen & Lori Vliet, Fay & Scott Huyghe, Robin & Larry Bechtel; grandchildren and their spouses, Guinevere & Scott Campbell, Marideth & Ed Nizzola, Robert, Jr. & Star Angle, Amber & Mike Wilkinson, Holly Angle, Velvet & Nathan Detloff, Eric DeLacy, Erin DeLacy, Nicole Scott, Brittany Angle, Ian & Katherine Angle, Anna Yost and Cameron Yost; step-grandchildren, Seth Vliet, Tyler Vliet, Travis Schwalm, Krista Coats, Brandy Smith; many great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild on the way; and one sister, Thelma Judd of Attica. The family will be present to receive friends at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In keeping with Marshall's wishes, cremation will follow the visitation.
