Martin B. Aumann

Martin B. Aumann, age 49, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015, at his home in Sebewaing.

Marty was born February 4, 1966, in Pigeon, to Herman and Aleta (Bauer) Aumann. After high school graduation, he attended college where he received a BA degree. He worked as a Case manager for Training & Treatment, Inc. On October 5, 1991, he married Mary Goslin at Holy Family Catholic Church in Sebewaing. He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, sports fan and liked all types of music. He was a member of the Gateway Sportsman's Club in Unionville, supporter of Ducks Unlimited and Whitetails Unlimited. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, family and friends. Marty had an infectious sense of humor and was a very genuine, gentle, kind man.

Marty is survived by his wife, Mary; children: Brendan and Brianne; mother, Aleta Aumann; siblings: David (Linda) Aumann and Janet (Bert) Bleke; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing, from 2-8pm.

The funeral service will be Thursday, August 27, 2015, at Our Lady of Consolata Catholic Church- Holy Family Parish, in Sebewaing. Visitation will begin at the church at 10am until the time of service at 11am.

Burial will take place at Holy Family Catholic Cemetery in Unionville.

Memorial donations may be given to the family (toward children's college fund, c/o Mary Aumann), USA Patriot Pride Club or Our Lady of Consolata Catholic Church- Holy Family Parish.
