Mary Beth Snider

Mary Elizabeth Snider, 79, of Pigeon, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at home with her family by her side.

Mary Beth was born November 25, 1941 in Owendale to the late Walter and Alberta (Cramer) Hanniman. She graduated from Pigeon High School in 1959. She married Ronald Snider on November 19, 1968 in Sacramento, California.

Mary Beth was the former owner of My Secret Garden in Pigeon. She was a member of Pigeon First United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star, and Pigeon Women’s Club. Her biggest priority was taking care of her family.

She is survived by her husband Ronald; children Jennifer (James) Carpenter of Almont, Jeffrey (Deena) Snider of Bristol, Indiana, Lucinda (Christopher) Zindorf of Washington Courthouse, Ohio, and Jane Snider (Wayne Evans) of Pigeon; 8 grandchildren: Alec, Steven, Paige, David, Christian, Stephanie, Nicholas and Melanie; 16 great-grandchildren; sister Jael “Judy” (Jada) Regis of Northport, Washington; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son David and sisters: Marjorie (John) Orcutt, Donna (Norris) Diebel and Lola Shively.

Memorials may be made to the Pigeon Food Pantry. Private funeral services will be held. Champagne Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
