Monica C. Begg

Monica C. Begg, age 66, of Sebewaing, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2020, at St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw.

Monica was born May 30, 1953, in Detroit, to Nicholas and Margaret (Frezard) Shock. After graduating from high school in Grosse Pointe, she married Garry Begg on February 16, 1978. She worked in Sebewaing as a loan officer for 1 ^st of America Bank/Independent Bank. She loved living by the Saginaw Bay, boating, fishing, traveling, going to Key West, visiting with her friends in Florida, and being with her family and pets. She was a wonderful person.

Monica is survived by her husband, Garry; step daughter, Alison Begg; grandchildren: Aliana, Tyler and Trevor; siblings: Peggy, Julie, Sally, Ann, Martha, Geraline, Larry, Joseph, Philip, and Howard; and 3 dogs: Lucy, Buddy and Rocky.

Monica is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings: Mary, Nicholas and Catherine.

Per Monica's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
