Myrna M. Puffpaff

Myrna M. Fields Puffpaff, age 100 of Caseville and formerly of East Detroit (now Eastpointe) , passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at the Huron County Medical Care Facility, Bad Axe.
Myrna was born in Grand Rapids on February 21, 1911. She was married to Harvey C. Puffpaff in Highland Park on May 16, 1931. He preceded her in death on November 24, 1991. During her working career, Myrna was a bookkeeper for Schemm Insurance in East Detroit. She was a former member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church of East Detroit and a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Caseville.
Her survivors include a nephew, Ronald (Jean) Puffpaff of Warren; a niece, Judy (Jeff) Foy of Warren; five grand nephews, Keith Puffpaff, Steven Puffpaff, Thomas Puffpaff, Gregory Foy, and Brian Foy; and a grand niece, Rebecca Foy. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Flora Fields, Vera Haney, and Marjorie Schueler.
Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Caseville, with Rev. Steven Stolarczyk, pastor, officiating.
