Nancy Elizabeth Fletcher

Nancy Elizabeth Fletcher of Akron, age 70, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024 at her home. Nancy was born April 24, 1954 in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Leonard and Irene Elizabeth (Hack) Fletcher. She graduated from Bridgeport High School with the class of 1972 and went on to attend classes at Saginaw Business Institute. Nancy was a former member of the Washington Avenue Presbyterian Church and a devout Christian. She enjoyed fishing, camping, and riding motorcycles. Nancy loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, they brought her so much joy. Her kind-hearted and friendly spirit will be cherished by all who knew her.

Nancy is survived by her twin sister & her husband, Mary & Gary Glaser; son, Allen Gibelyou; daughter & her husband, Kristan Crowell & Ronald Bryce; grandchildren, Allen II (fiancé, Trinity), Chloe Elizabeth-Sue, Manny, Isaac, Ailish, and Harry; great-grandchildren, Maximus and Alexandra. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her sister, Kristan L. and brother, David.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Iron Horse Bar & Grill.
