Nancy L. Russell

Nancy L. Russell, age 64, of Caseville died Thursday morning, April 24, at Scheurer Hospital ER following a massive heart attack.
She was born November 29, 1938 in Vermontville, MI, daughter of the late Lee and Helen (McRorie) Mix. Mr. Mix died when Nancy was six years old. Her mother then married Anthony Lenic and he became her father. She grew up in Eaton County.
On February 17, 1990, she was united in marriage to Royal “Skip” Russell in Warren. Nancy was the manager of the Fryer Tuck Restaurant in Clinton twp. for over 15 years, retiring in 1997. In 1998, the couple moved to there retirement home in Caseville Twp.
She enjoyed reading, gardening and doing cross word puzzles.
Surviving are her husband, Skip; her brother, Roy Mix of Charlotte and her sister, Ferona Wiser of Traverse City.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service at this time. A memorial service may be planned for a later date.
