Nina Janks

Nina Janks, age 85 years, of Jacob Road, Caro passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Marlette Community Hospital. She was born on November 15, 1921 in Gagetown to the late Calvin and Mable Hiser. The former Nina Hiser married Fred Janks on September 30, 1939 in Napoleon, Ohio. He preceded her in death on February 24, 1999. Nina was a homemaker and raised her large family. She was an active contributor to the church bazaar, and enjoyed canning, baking and making baby quilts. Nina was a member of the Sutton Sunshine United Methodist Church and longtime Sunday school teacher, a member of the United Methodist Women, the Up and At
