Nora Lee Mcmillen

Nora Lee McMillen, age 85, of Gagetown, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at the Tuscola County Medical Center in Caro.

Nora was born March 22, 1934, in Erie, Michigan, to Orville and Leona (Mills) Belknap. She married Howard McMillen on April 29, 1952, in Erie, Michigan. She was a member of the Gagetown Women's Study Club, Owendale United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, worked at Erla's Food Center for 14 years in Cass City, and retired in 1984 from IGA in Cass City. Nora enjoyed gardening, snowmobiling, motorcycles, horseback riding and camping.

Nora is survived by her son, Manley (Kathy) McMillen of Deford; siblings: Dolores Harris and Chuck Belknap; grandchildren: Jeff (Heather) McMillen, Jennifer (Josh) Brown and Kelsey McMillen; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

Preceded in death by her ex-husband and friend, Howard in 2003; granddaughter, Mindy McMillen; and siblings: Robert, James, Marvin, Dale, Carolyn and Mary Ann.

Visitation is Sunday, December 8, 2019, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing from 3-8pm.

The funeral service will be Monday, December 9, 2019, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing. Visitation will begin at 11am until the time of service at 12noon.

Burial will be at Elmwood Township Cemetery in Gagetown.

Memorial donations may be given to Owendale United Methodist Church.
