Noreen L. Langley-Baker, age 51, of Caseville, died Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Covenant-Cooper Hospital in Saginaw of complications from a stroke.
Noreen was born March 31, 1957 in Pigeon to Roy Lee Langley and the late Arlene L. (Geiger) Langley. She grew up in Caseville and graduated from Caseville High School in 1975. After school she moved to the Detroit area and there met and married her husband, James A. Baker of Tennessee on April 28, 1978. They moved to Caseville in 1980.
She had worked at Caseville Village Hall and was a real estate agent at Osentoski Realty. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, playing cards, and being in the Women’s Pool League at Riverside Bar.
Surviving are her husband James; sons James Roy “JR,” Jace Daniel, and Jacob Irven and daughter Jayla Mae; granddaughter Isabelle Rose; father Roy Langley; and brothers Jim (Julie) Langley and Roy Langley, all of Caseville.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM Tuesday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Caseville with Rev. Karen Bouverette officiating. Burial will be at Caseville Township Cemetery.
Visitation will be 1:00 to 9:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
