Oakleigh Marie Myers

Oakleigh Marie Myers went home to heaven and into the arms of her grandparents, Amanda Matthews and John Loughner II, on the morning of Monday, August 14, 2023. Our sweet Oakleigh was born on Monday, June 19, 2023, the beautiful daughter of Presley Myers and Shaianne Loughner. She had a head full of beautiful black hair and the sweetest little smile. Oakleigh loved being held and you could always catch her sucking on her binky. Her favorite place to be was in momma and daddy’s arms. Although her time here was short, Oakleigh made an impression on everyone she met, from her cute little babbling to the angelic way she slept. Oakleigh will be missed beyond measure.

Oakleigh will forever be loved and missed by her parents, Presley and Shaianne; grandparents, Scott Myers and Kristen Dubs; great-grandparents, Merina & Matt Gennrich, Linda & Wade Doud, and Peggy Matthews; uncles and aunts, Bryce Loughner, Bryce Lee, Caden Curran, Cierra Vogel-Lee, Kennedy Myers, and Jessa Myers; special cousins, Abby Kolka and Willie Hawley; many other cousins and extended family members and friends.

A funeral service to remember and honor Oakleigh’s life will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro.
