Odeal Decaire

Odeal DeCaire, age 95, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017, at her home in Sebewaing.

Odeal was born February 24, 1922 in Sebewaing to Oscar and Erma (Anderson) Holland. She married Roy DeCaire in Bay City on September 2, 1950. He preceded her in death on October 6, 2008. Odeal enjoyed being a homemaker, making many children outfits to wear with her skills as a seamstress, cooking, baking pies, traveling and RV'ing.

Odeal is survived by her daughter, Sherry DeCaire of Sebewaing; and many nieces and nephews.

Odeal is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roy, and siblings: Gerald Holland, Roland Holland, Leland Holland, James Holland, Orla Schweitzer, June McAlpine, Joyce Winters and Howard Holland.

Odeal's wishes were for cremation to take place.

Memorial donations may be given to the Thumb Area Animal Shelter in Elkton.
