Owen Dean Arends

Our hopes and dreams for our baby have been passed on to heaven's care with the death of our baby boy, Owen Dean Arends, on January 19, 2020. Owen was born September 1, 2018 at Covenant Health Care - Harrison in Saginaw. Even at the young age of sixteen months, Owen had established many personal "likes" in his life, He loved puffy Cheetos, riding on his dad's shoulders, Ellie the Elephant (who accompanied him everywhere), music, dancing, and lots of kisses. His favorite word was "duck." Left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, Alice Nash and Michael Arends III; one brother, Aiden; maternal grandparents, Heather Schnittker and Nolon Nash; paternal grandparents, Mike Arends and Cari Arends; great-grandparents, Pastor Kim and Tammy Frank, Marian Whitney, Shirley Keezer, and Lynne Eggert; great-great-grandparents, Diana and Roy Volz. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro with Owen's great-grandpa, Pastor Kim Frank, officiating. Burial will follow at Indianfields Township Cemetery in Caro.
