Patricia Ousley Baker

Patricia  Ousley Baker age 68 of Bad Axe passed away Saturday afternoon, January 14, at Courtney Manor with her family at her side.

She was born January 24, 1948 in Detroit to the late Cliff and Anna Mae (Stoll) Baker. Pat graduated from Brighton High School in 1966 and then went to beauty school. She moved to Caseville in 1972, where she started Patricia’s Hair Salon, and operated it in her home for almost 10 years. Pat then worked at Walmart for 15 years, retiring in 2008 for health reasons.

She enjoyed playing cards, baking goodies and reading, and was a former member of the Caseville United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Rebecca (Eric) Olson of Harbor Beach; two grandchildren, Tyler and Mackenzie Chandler and a great granddaughter, Sophia.

Preceding her in death was a grandson, Garion Olson.

In keeping with her wishes the will be no services at this time.
