Patricia Ann Baur

Patricia "Patti" Ann Baur, age 77, of Sebewaing, passed away peacefully in her home under the care of her family and A & D Hospice on November 19, 2024.

Patti was born in Saginaw on September 3, 1947, to Edgar and Mildred (Maturen) Simons. She graduated in 1965 from her high school in St. Charles, Michigan. Patti married Curtis Baur on November 4, 1989 in Sebewaing. She is retired from General Motors. In her spare time, Patti enjoyed gardening, crocheting, boating, traveling, going to garage sales, antiquing, bird watching and being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She missed and loved her late dog, Buddy.

Patti is survived by her children: Dawn (Greg) Miller, Teresa (Jeff Dhont) Baur and Laurie Bauer; grandchildren: Latricia (Aaron) Higgins, Leslie Miller and Mitchell Miller; great grandchildren: Adonis, Aaron, Jr., Jayden, Grayson and Mariah; sister-in-laws: Arlene Simons, Joyce Simons, Doris Simons and Diann Simons; and many nieces and nephews.

Patti is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis; son, Paul LaPorte; brothers: Larry, Gene, Ralph and Melvin Simons.

The family has honored their mother's wishes with cremation taking place. Any memorial donations may be given directly to the family.
