Patricia Ann "Pat" Turner Beach

Patricia Ann Turner Beach of Caro, age 75, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Covenant Health Care - Cooper in Saginaw, following an extended illness. Pat was born March 25, 1944 in Sebewaing, the daughter of the late Peter and Esther (Zwetzig) Rasmussen. She was a former hair stylist, a retired social worker in the intense lockdown unit at McLaren - Bay Region, retiring in 2003, and a member of the International Fellowship of Chaplains. Pat was a very social person who loved being around people whenever she could, while still allowing herself solitude time to enjoy gardening, sewing, baking, cooking and animals. Pat is survived by two children, Ann Nast of Columbia, Tennessee, and Michael Nast and his wife, Helene, of Sebewaing; six step-children; forty grandchildren; fifty-four great-grandchildren; one brother, Ronald Rasmussen of Caro; and one sister, Marlene Graham of Walled Lake. In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Turner; one sister, Margaret VanHoost, and one granddaughter, Bethany Haag. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro with Pastor Wendy Orzel officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Silverlawn Cemetery in Sebewaing.
