Patricia A. Fritz

Patricia Anne Fritz, 61 of Pigeon, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015 at Covenant Harrison Hospital, Saginaw.

Patricia was born in Groton, Connecticut on September 28, 1953 and was the daughter of Gilvie H. and Helen Mae (Norton) Huntley. She graduated from Fitch Senior High School in Connecticut. She worked for Laker School District from 1996-2012 - at Bay Port Elementary and Elkton Elementary, and retired from the Laker High School cafeteria where she was known as "The Ice Cream Lady."

Patricia had an amazing smile and a contagious laugh. She loved music, dancing, and singing. She was an avid Yankee and Patriots fan. She also loved to cook, and was known for her special potato salad.

She is survived by her daughters whom she dearly loved, Melanie A. Fritz, Amanda A. Fritz, and Courtney M. Fritz, all of Pigeon; her grandson, London Bauer, whom she especially loved; her mother, Helen Huntley of Bay Port; her sister, Cathy Alexander of Bay Port; her brothers, Pete Huntley and William Huntley, both of Charlotte, North Carolina; and many nieces and nephews.
