Paul was born July 1, 1975 in Royal Oak to John and Sandra (Cork) Howells. He was raised in Rochester Hills before moving to Caseville .

He is survived by his mother Sandra Rose; 2 children and 2 brothers. He was preceded in death by his father and brother.
