Penny Sue Bruce

Penny Sue Bruce (nee Bucholz), age 46, of Pigeon, passed away at her home on July 5, 2018.

Penny was born July 13, 1971, in Cass City, to Gene A. Bucholz and Beverly (Fibranz) Wise. Penny graduated from Lakers High School in 1989. After high school she joined the National Guard and United States Army. After being honorably discharged from the Army, she received her Dental Assisting Certificate from the American Red Cross. She currently worked for Thumb Industries. She enjoyed listening to music, watching television, reading, and absolutely adored her two boys.

Penny is survived by her two sons, Tristin (special friend Maria Ogisky) Bruce and Austin Bruce; her mother and step father, Beverly and Dick Wise; brothers: Russell (Dina) Wise and Ricky Wise; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Penny is preceded in death by her father, Gene Bucholz, and brother, Gene Bucholz.

The visitation and service will take place Thursday, July 12, 2018, at St. Paul Lutheran Church (Linkville). Visitation will begin at the church at 10am until the time of service at 1pm.

Memorial donations may be given to the family.
