Phillip H. Kreager

Phillip H. Kreager, 79, of Caseville died Sunday, November 20, 2016 at home.

Phil was born September 16, 1937 in Detroit to the late Joseph and Sophia Kreager.  He graduated from Detroit Cass Tech High School in 1956.  He served in the US Army Reserve for 11 years.  He worked as an electrician for IBEW #58 before moving from Detroit to Caseville in 1992.  He was a member of the Caseville Eagles, American Legion, and enjoyed blackpowder shooting with N-SSA.

He is survived by his daughters Sarah (Jarrett) Pratt of Pinnebog and Bridget Gehringer of Midland; grandchildren Levi, Asher, Lana, and Kaleb; and sister Patricia Kreager.  He was preceded in death by his brother Joseph Anthony and first wife Josephine.

A memorial service will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 30th at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Caseville with Rev. Karen Bouverette officiating followed by a luncheon at the Caseville Eagles.  Military honors will be presented by the Caseville American Legion.  Visitation will be from 11:00am until the time of the service.
